You're in the heart of an authentic region: stroll through the narrow streets of Pézenas, City of Art and History, discover Béziers and its famous Fonseranes locks, or explore the Cirque de Mourèze and its remarkable landscapes. Mediterranean beaches are less than 30 minutes away, as are the hiking trails that criss-cross the surrounding hills.

The Holiday cottage offers bright, comfortable accommodation.
On the first floor, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee maker) opening onto a convivial dining room.
The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and desk area.
A veranda with dining table, armchairs and view of the Piscine completes this level.

Upstairs, a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bathtub is at your disposal, as well as separate WC.
Three elegant bedrooms guarantee a restful night's sleep (quality bedding):
- Bedroom 1: bed 160x190, 18 sq. m.
- Bedroom 2: bed 160x190, 16 m², with a king-size bed
- Bedroom 3: bed 180x190, 16 m²

Outside, enjoy the private swimming pool (7 x 12 m, depth 1.10 m to 2.20 m, alarmed), open from May to September.
