In the charming commune of Marseillan, a true natural paradise by the Sea typical of the Hérault, come and stay in this modern, comfortable and well-equipped Holiday cottage for four people with a beautiful living room, bedroom and mezzanine. The Holiday cottage is perfectly located, just five minutes from Marseillan City and right on the edge of the harbor.

Take advantage of your stay in Marseillan to stroll along the quays and admire the traditional fishing boats of the Hérault coastline, or take a bike ride along the cycle path linking Marseillan to Sète! Take a detour along the City's heritage circuit, to discover the port, Place Carnot, Château de Bayle, Henri Maurin Theater, Oyster and Oyster Farm Museum and the Market every Tuesday morning.

You can also take advantage of the fine sandy beaches of Marseillan Beach and swim in the Mediterranean. On the nature front, don't miss out on a walk through the Bagnas nature reserve, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and discover the local flora and fauna.

The Holiday cottage includes :
- A lovely, uncluttered living room with sofa, TV, dining table and well-equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay;
- Upstairs, a lovely bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), air-conditioned, and a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190cm), ideal for Kids, all with a view of the port of Marseillan and its boats from the gîte's balcony;
- A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin with mirror.
