The main room features a living room with TV, stereo and open kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine cellar...). This bright living space opens onto the terrace. Make the most of the outdoors with the barbecue, fenced swimming pool and relaxation area with garden furniture.

The hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (a 140x190 cm bed in one room and a 160x200 cm bed in the other) and plenty of storage space. There's also a spacious shower room and separate toilet.

A room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine and all necessary cleaning equipment is at your disposal, as well as 2 private parking spaces with secure gates.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels included.

Housework included in the price (a deposit of €80 is required on arrival).

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:
Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the beaches of Marseillan and its port, as well as the Etang de Thau and its lagoon (oyster beds). A cycle path in front of the Holiday cottage will take you to these sites by bike.
You'll also be close to Cap d'Agde, Sète and Pézenas, as well as Béziers and Montpellier.
Many vineyards and wine cellars are also nearby.
