Modern and perfectly equipped, you'll lack for nothing in this cosy environment for an ideal stay with family or friends.
The main room features a living room with TV, stereo and open kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine cellar...). This bright living space opens onto the terrace. Make the most of the outdoors with the barbecue, fenced swimming pool and relaxation area with garden furniture.
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (a 140x190 cm bed in one room and a 160x200 cm bed in the other) and plenty of storage space. There's also a spacious shower room and separate toilet.
A room adjoining the kitchen with washing machine and all necessary cleaning equipment is at your disposal, as well as 2 private parking spaces with secure gates.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels included.
Housework included in the price (a deposit of €80 is required on arrival).
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:
Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the beaches of Marseillan and its port, as well as the Etang de Thau and its lagoon (oyster beds). A cycle path in front of the Holiday cottage will take you to these sites by bike.
You'll also be close to Cap d'Agde, Sète and Pézenas, as well as Béziers and Montpellier.
Many vineyards and wine cellars are also nearby.

Les Dudu Petit gîte tout mignon
Ce petit gîte est parfait pour un dépaysement total. Proche de villes touristiques, au calme et très bien équipé. La piscine est un plus pour se relaxer.

Nani tres agréable
gite très agréable pour quelque soit le séjour. Confort et tout matériel à disposition comme chez soi. Très bien situé et calme surtout. Et avec un beau soleil en plus nous y avons passé en famille un très bon réveillon de Jour de L'An. A refaire et surtout conseillé.

thobu Ein Kleinod am Rande des Dorfes
Das Haus bietet alles, was man von einem Ferienhaus erwarten kann. Es iost sehr gut ausgestattet und der Außenbereich ist wundervoill geeignet, um schöne Tage zu verbringen inklusive des kleinen Pools, der für Abkühlung sorgen kann, auch wnen er zum Schwimmen zu klein ist. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind ideal, das Meer und der Etang de Thau sind nah und die Berge des Herault liegen gut erreichbar im Hinterland. Für Radfahrer und Wanderer ein echtes Paradies. Austern und Wein am Abend auf der Terrasse sind ein Muss.

Miley Wir haben uns dort 10Tage sehr wohl gefühlt
Ein perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Garten,Grillplatz, Pool und abgeschlossenem Parkplatz.
Idealer Ort um das Becken von Thau, die Austernzüchter und die Städte Sete, Marseillan, Meze, Buzigues und Penzenas zu erkunden.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei der Urlaubsgestaltung mit wertvollen Tipps.

Prescilla Gite comme a la maison
Un gîte tout compris incroyable, tout dans les moindres détails, un séjour parfait avec nos deux enfants de 7 et 3 ans, tout est bien pensé niveau équipements et la maison est vraiment fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût! L'espace extérieur est tout aussi parfait nous en avons beaucoup profiter et passer d'agréables moments en famille.
Un cadre calme et reposant idéal!
C'est la première fois que nous partons dans un gîte tout compris c'est vraiment un plus les draps et serviettes incluses dans le prix ainsi que le ménage de fin de sejour!
Nous vous recommandons vraiment et nos enfants gardent un merveilleux souvenir de votre maison accueillante!
