Large contemporary architect-designed villa nestled in the heights of a peaceful subdivision, offering a lovely view of the village of Magalas.

The spacious living area includes a comfortable lounge, a 14-seat dining table and a TV area ideal for Kids. On the kitchen side, you'll enjoy a large work surface and all the necessary equipment (oven, American fridge, wine cellar, coffee machine, multi-function food processor).

The 6 bedrooms have king-size beds (180x200), which can be converted into single beds. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom for optimum comfort and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are located in an upstairs outbuilding, with its own living room, kitchen and private terrace. Upstairs, there's a relaxation area with table soccer and a reading corner.

Outside, two distinct areas await you: at the front, an enclosed space under the pines equipped with structures for Kids, while at the rear, the large bay windows of the living room open onto a covered wooden terrace with an outdoor table and a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and refrigerator. There's also comfortable garden furniture by the large (unheated) Piscine and Jacuzzi. A dedicated area equipped with cardio equipment is also available.
Private parking is secured by a gate in the villa's courtyard.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Discover Magalas, in the heart of the Hérault region, renowned for its vineyards, and visit a local estate such as "Moulin de Lène". Just a few kilometers away, take time to discover the rich history of Béziers, then enjoy the Hérault coastline by lounging on the beaches of Cap d'Agde, before climbing Mont Saint-Clair in Sète, from where you'll enjoy an impressive panorama of the Etang de Thau and its fishing villages.
