You'll be ideally placed to discover all the region has to offer: stroll through the historic streets of Béziers, visit the cathedral of Saint-Nazaire, enjoy the Mediterranean beaches just a few kilometers away, or go for a bike ride along the canal. The micro-region offers a concentrate of heritage, nature and seaside pleasures. This house with large grounds and Piscine comprises 2 levels. On the first floor, you'll find: - A separate, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, hob, freezer, pod and filter coffee makers); - A dining room with table, chairs, sofa and coffee table, opening onto a terrace with unobstructed views and outdoor furniture; - A shower room with shower, bath and washbasin.

The highlight of this Holiday cottage is its private indoor swimming pool, heated according to the time of year (6 x 12 m, depth from 1m10 to 2m60 ), secured by a lockable room and a shutter. Parking is possible within the property. The accommodation is air-conditioned for your comfort in all seasons. Non-smoking house Access to the living room and bedrooms is via steps, unfortunately the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No noise nuisance allowed, we ask you to respect the neighborhood (evenings forbidden) Ideal for family(ies) looking for peace and quiet as close as possible to the region's tourist activities. Parties/evenings strictly forbidden.
