The private patio is shaded in the summer and features an outdoor table, garden chairs, and a barbecue.

Inside, the living room is bright and comfortable, with a sitting area that includes a sleeper sofa and a television. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet and a shower; there is also a small laundry room with a washing machine.

The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a large closet, while the second bedroom has two double beds.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions; please check with the owners.
