The private terrace is shaded in summer and equipped with an outdoor table, garden chairs and barbecue.

Inside, the living room is bright and comfortable, with a sitting area featuring a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped (electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker). The bathroom includes a toilet and shower, and a small laundry room houses a washing machine.

The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed with a large closet, while the second has two double beds.




Sationing is possible from the street.
