Authentic Holiday cottage overlooking the Thau Lagoon and Canal du Midi. Located on the Riac peninsula, in the heart of a preserved natural site steeped in history, this Holiday cottage invites you to discover a unique experience in a former fisherman's Cabin.

Fishing has been done here since the Middle Ages, and the Canal du Midi flows into the Etang de Thau, offering an exceptional panorama of these two jewels of the region. Surrounded by a bird sanctuary, it's a paradise for nature lovers and bird enthusiasts.

Alain and Dominique welcome you all year round to this warm, fully renovated, self-contained Holiday cottage with all modern comforts. The ground-floor layout allows you to take full advantage of the natural surroundings. You'll find: a functional kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed (140) and a single bed (70), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (70), a shower room with WC.

Take advantage of the terrace and unenclosed grounds to relax in the heart of nature, with a direct view of the Etang de Thau and the Canal du Midi. Garden furniture is available for outdoor meals. The Holiday cottage is located on a peninsula, accessible via a private road with a 1.5 km driveway and on-site parking. For the more adventurous, a canoe is available.

- Pets allowed under certain conditions, but must be kept on a leash.
- Heating/air-conditioning extra according to current price list (NB: Air-conditioning to be installed in spring 2026).

Our accommodations offer an exceptional setting in which to unwind. Due to their remote location, some amenities such as internet access and road conditions may be affected by local conditions.

Discover charming towns and villages such as Bouzigues, Marseillan, Sète, Mèze and Molière's home town, Pézenas. And don't miss the Bagnas Reserve and its natural treasures. The Étang de Thau, separated from the Mediterranean by a dune belt, is also a popular spot for water sports and seafood tasting.
