3 km from the Canal du Midi and the village, in the heart of the Countryside, in a quiet location, air-conditioned Holiday cottage on two levels.
First floor: living room with kitchenette (24 m²) and lounge area.
Upstairs, a bedroom (1 bed 160X200cm) with en-suite bathroom/wc and a second bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom/wc.
The mezzanine area is equipped with games and a library, and can be used as an additional sleeping area for Kids.
Outdoor area with terrace (30 m²), garden furniture, barbecue, shared grounds (200m²), ping-pong table, private parking. The owner accepts pets on request only.
Accommodation area: 70 m².
Heating included, baby equipment available.
Optional extras on request: bed linen, towels and cleaning package.
Subject to weather conditions and owners' availability, possibility of sea trips on the owners' Boat.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Canal du Midi, Ensérune oppidum, Saint-Chinian vineyards, Faugères, Minerve, Béziers, Pézenas (home of Molière, renaissance hotels, festivals, crafts), Fontcaude Abbey, beaches 25 km away (Valras).

Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte, décoré et équipé avec goût (rien ne manque !), et pour les enfants (et plus "grands"), "salle de jeux" énorme !.
Cadre enchanteur au milieu de vieilles pierres, et la nature !!
Petites attentions à notre arrivée, très appréciées.

Tiago Encore une belle semaine au des vignes
C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à Capestang, dans ce joli gîte au calme et idéalement bien placé pour visiter la région.
Notre petit fils a encore bien apprécié la mezzanine avec les jeux, jouets et livres, sans oublier Lilly et les poules.

Superbe séjour au cœur des vignes auprès de propriétaires charmants. Pleins de petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Le gîte est parfaitement bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. Merci encore-:)

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est grand, fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.
Le lieu est calme, au milieu des vignes, permettant des promenades au départ de la location.
