Pézenas, a city of art and history known for its lively old town center, its craftsmen's workshops and the legacy of Molière, is an ideal base from which to discover the tourist heart of the Hérault region. Strolls through the cobbled streets and Hiking trails, summer shows and the proximity of the Etang de Thau, Agde and Marseillan will give a pleasant rhythm to your stay. This former cloister, now converted into a Holiday cottage, comfortably accommodates families in an urban yet calm environment. On the 1st level (R+1), the separate, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker...) allows you to prepare your meals independently. You'll also find a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and a 1st bedroom with a double bed and dressing room. The middle floor is organized around a bright, air-conditioned cathedral lounge with a large bay window giving access to a large terrace planted with olive trees, equipped with sunbeds and their sideboards, a large table, a BBQ and large parasols. 2nd level: mezzanine with a desk and board games available. then a hallway with door leads to 2 bedrooms: one with dressing room and the other with closet + a shower room with shower and washbasin and a second independent WC Bedroom details: - Bedroom 1 (1st level) : bed 140×190 - 17 m² - Bedroom 2 (2nd level) : bed 160×190 - 10 m² - Bedroom 3 (2nd level) : bed 140×190 + bunk bed 90×190 (for a child) - 9,55 m² Baby bed available free of charge The Holiday cottage can be booked for 6 people, with the possibility of adding a child on request.
