Not far from the Etang de Thau, this comfortable, well-equipped 3-person Holiday cottage offers a peaceful stay in the heart of Bouzigues, close to the port, beaches and must-see sites of the region!

In Bouzigues, a charming seaside village, you’ll enjoy a prime location near the Étang de Thau, its small beach, and the harbor. From the Au 45 holiday cottage, you can easily explore the region’s treasures: a stroll to the Étang de Thau Museum offers insight into local history, while just a few minutes away, Sète reveals Mont Saint-Clair and its unique seaside atmosphere. The thermal baths in Balaruc-les-Bains, Montpellier, and Pézenas are a delightful way to round out your visits, offering a blend of relaxation, cultural heritage, and colorful markets.

This rural holiday cottage, housed in a village home, offers 60 m² spread over three levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a laundry area with a washing machine and freezer (and space to store bicycles). You then enter the living area on the first floor, which features a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, percolator, and Senseo coffee maker). This bright space is a welcoming place to share meals or plan your outings for the next day.

On the second floor, you’ll find the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet, as well as two cozy bedrooms:

The quiet and pleasant neighborhood allows you to do everything on foot: restaurants at the harbor, walks along the lake, or water sports. Parking is easy thanks to free public parking spaces on the surrounding streets. The holiday cottage is air-conditioned, a welcome feature in any season.
