In Bouzigues, a charming seaside village, you'll enjoy a privileged Location close to the Etang de Thau, its small beach and the port. From the Holiday cottage Au 45, it's easy to discover the riches of the area: a stroll to the Etang de Thau Museum will give you an insight into local history, while Sète is just a few minutes away, with Mont Saint-Clair and its distinctive maritime atmosphere. The Thermal baths of Balaruc-les-Bains, Montpellier and Pézenas round off your visit to the region, where you'll find relaxation, heritage and colorful markets.

This Holiday cottage, set in a village house, offers 60 m2 on three levels. On the first floor, you'll find a laundry area with washing machine and freezer (and bike storage). The living area on the second floor features a comfortable living room with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo). This bright space is a convivial place to share meals or prepare for the next day's outings.

On the second floor, you'll find the shower room, equipped with shower, washbasin with mirror and WC, as well as two welcoming bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: 1 standard single bed 90x190.

The quiet, pleasant neighborhood is within walking distance of everything you need to do, including harbor restaurants, lakeside walks and water sports. Parking is easy, thanks to free public parking lots in the surrounding streets. The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned, a valuable asset in any season.
