In the heart of this picturesque village, 200 metres from the Etang de Thau and the port and close to the thermal baths of Balaruc-les-Bains, 60 m² village house comprising on 3 levels: a living room with lounge and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second with a single bed), a shower room with toilet, a laundry room.

Heating/electricity included, bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning on request.
Parking space in the street opposite the gîte.

 TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS: Beach on the edge of the lake at 200m, oyster farming centre and small fishing port, oyster festival at the beginning of August, Balaruc-les-Bains at 9 km (spa), Sète (home of Paul Valéry and Georges Brassens), Montpellier, cathedral of Villeneuve Les Maguelone, Pézenas, Béziers, the Canal du Midi

    A notre arrivée, Mme ARCHIMBEAU nous attendait au gîte. Reçue avec courtoisie, elle nous a aidé à descendre nos bagages afin de limiter le temps d'arrêt devant la maison. Visite détaillée de l' appartement très propre et très bien aménagé. La maison se situe dans une rue peu fréquentée donc très calme. De nombreux produits ménagers sont présents. Mon épouse et moi sommes très satisfaits du séjour " AU 45".

    very well equipped and comfortable house in an authentic and quite village; very near to the lake and plenty restaurants to taste local seafood products. The host is very nice and very helpful. Parking can be somewhat difficult but there are lots of possibilities near the lake close by. Good location to visit nearby touristic places. We recommend it very highly.
