Come and stay on a family-run 15-hectare wine estate, handed down from generation to generation, with sea views! The Annabel gîte nestles between Sérignan and Valras-Plage, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the mouth of the Orb and the Orpellières protected nature reserve, on one side, and the vastness of the wine-growing plain, as far as Béziers, on the other.

The estate is criss-crossed by numerous cycle paths.
Totally independent gîte on the first floor of a farmhouse.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
- Bright living room with sitting area, office corner
- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking equipment).
- One bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), TV screen, walk-in closet.
- One bedroom with 2 convertible 90x200 cm beds.
- Shower room with washing machine
- Separate WC
- Parking and private outdoor area with wooden picnic table, garden furniture and barbecue.
Non-smoking gîte. Beds will be made on arrival.
This haven of tranquility is a 2-minute drive from a large shopping center, and 4 minutes from Valras beach.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
Between the surrounding vineyards and the sea, the Annabel gîte is ideally situated for a pleasant stay in the Hérault region: you can enjoy a stroll through the vineyards, take a detour to the beach or visit the nearby restaurants and shops. The gîte is just a stone's throw from the beaches, restaurants and entertainment of Valras- plage (Casino, farmers' markets, shows at the Palais de la mer), but you can also go to Sérignan - village to discover its market, collegiate church, modern art museum and Buren's in situ work, or to Sérignan -plage to discover the magnificent Maïre beach, or the protected site of Orpellières and its Dado museum.
For those who enjoy cycling, all these sites are accessible via well-developed cycle paths. You can also enjoy peaceful strolls along the shady banks of the Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage site), dotted with historic bridges and picturesque locks. The 9 locks at Fonseranes

Très beau gîte au milieu des vignes. Très calme.tres belles vues. En 25 mn on est à la plage sans les nuisances nocturnes de la station balnéaire.proprietaires très gentils et très discret. Tout est réuni pour de supers vacances. Nous quittons le gîte à regret. Juste un saladier ou 2 en plus serait bienvenu mais ce n' est pas essentiel

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf dem Weingut. Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral gelegen. Zum Strand und zum einkaufen benötigt man mindestens ein Fahrrad.Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Og und der Gartenanteil im EG, was etwas umständlich ist, aber keine Probleme bereitet. Weiterhin kann es in der Wohnung warm werden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ed war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Danke

Gîte propre, spacieux et bien réfléchis.
Lieu très calme et au milieu de la nature loin du brouhaha et de la surpopulation estivale.Le fait de pouvoir se déplacer uniquement à pied ou à vélo est un sérieux plus surtout en période vacancielle.

Soe Great Apartment
We, my wife and I with the two kids (almost 1 and 3 years) stayed for a week. There is no baby bed, but we brought our own barries for the beds. After a couple of days I asked my son if he wanted to stay longer and he said "forever". I guess that says everything.
The owner is super nice. There is a terrace belonging to the apartment and a few kids toys to borrow.
There is everything you need. Really well equipped and clean kitchen so that you can actually cook nicely. Dishwasher and washmachine stuff. And even an umbrella for the beach to borrow and beach toys for the kids!
Beach is 10-15 min by car. Supermarket, gas station 5-10 min by car. Sights around are also reachable in any direction.
From the apartment I did evening walks in the wine fields.- Cleanliness
