Located right on the seafront, this newly renovated third-floor apartment with an elevator offers an exceptional view of the Bassin de Thau, and puts the Beach and Restaurants just a few steps away!
This stay is also an opportunity to explore a vibrant region: the city of Pézenas, a must-see for its medieval streets and strong connection to Molière, is just a few minutes away. For a culinary getaway, the surrounding wineries and the Tielle sétoise will let you savor the local culinary heritage. Between the Thau Lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea, you can easily reach the beaches of Sète and Marseillan, as well as the Thermal baths of Balaruc-les-Bains, while the Canal du Midi—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—invites you to enjoy pleasant bike rides.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful, modern, and bright living area featuring a sitting area with a sofa bed (150×200 cm) and a smart TV, a dining table, and a very well-equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. A separate restroom is also available on this level, as well as a private storage room in the residence’s hallway equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Beach toys are provided. Baby gear is available.

You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. Upstairs, you’ll also find a bathroom and a second toilet.

The terrace serves as an extra room: furnished with outdoor seating, it allows you to fully enjoy al fresco dining and the mild evenings by the pond. You’ll also have access to a private garage.
You can charge your electric bike in the garage (Please note: the car outlet is not suitable for this).
