Located right on the Sea, this refurbished third-floor apartment with elevator boasts an exceptional view of the Bassin de Thau, with the beach and restaurants just a few steps away! This stay is also an opportunity to discover a lively area: the City of Pézenas, a must-see for its medieval streets and its strong link with Molière, is just a few minutes away. For a gourmet interlude, the surrounding wine estates and the Tielle sétoise will let you savor the local culinary heritage. Between the lake and the Mediterranean, you can easily reach the beaches of Sète and Marseillan, the Thermal baths of Balaruc-les-bains, while the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi invites you for pleasant bike rides.

On the first floor, you'll find a bright, modern living room with a sofa bed (150×200 cm) and connected TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. A separate toilet is also available on this level, as well as a private storeroom with washing machine in the hallway of the residence. There are two comfortable bedrooms with connected TVs, one on the first floor and the other on the first floor. There's also a shower room and a second toilet on the first floor of the Holiday cottage: - Bedroom 1: 160×200 bed, separable into two single beds - Bedroom 2: 180×200 bed, separable into two single beds The terrace becomes a real extra room: equipped with garden furniture, it lets you make the most of outdoor meals and balmy evenings by the lake. You'll also have access to a private garage, where you can charge your electric bike (please note that cars are not allowed to use unsuitable plugs).
