Located in the heart of Lespignan, this modern Holiday cottage lets you enjoy a pleasant stay in a lively, peaceful village. You're just a few minutes from the Canal du Midi, a World Heritage site, where bike rides and lock discoveries punctuate the day. Béziers and its history, and Valras Beach and its vast stretches of sand, complete an ideal environment for exploring the Hérault in a different way.

Located on the first floor of a village house, the Holiday cottage offers a bright and friendly living area with a fully-equipped open kitchen - fridge, hob, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine - and a comfortable living room with sofa and connected TV. Toilets are also located on this level.
The sleeping area is located on the 2nd level and offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and basin:
- Bedroom 1: 160×200 bed, 16 m², en-suite shower room, TV
- Bedroom 2: two 90×190 beds (which can be brought together to form a double bed), 16 m², en-suite shower room, TV

The entire property is air-conditioned, guaranteeing optimum comfort in all seasons.

For your outdoor moments, a 20m2 terrace allows you to enjoy meals or a relaxing break thanks to the furniture provided.
On the first floor, a garage is available for easy parking.
