Located in northern Hérault, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, Castanet-le-Haut is an ideal destination for lovers of unspoilt nature and authenticity. Discover the area by Hiking around the Espinouse massif, through wooded landscapes and wild valleys. Just a few kilometers away, lakes, rivers and natural areas invite you to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. This detached house offers a rustic, Countryside atmosphere, ideal for a quiet family holiday. Entrance is via an outside staircase to the 1st floor, which features a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob and capsule coffee maker. The living-dining area offers a cosy setting with sofa, coffee table, television and, above all, a high-ceilinged lounge that adds volume and luminosity to the whole. There's also a lovely bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a shower room with basin and separate WC. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a 2nd bedroom with 2 90*190 beds that you can assemble, as well as an office area (which you cross to access the bedroom) overlooking the living room (Mezzanine bed). Outside, you'll find a private garden ideal for relaxing. There's a shaded terrace with table, chairs and barbecue for sharing meals together. Parking is easy in the village, with free public parking nearby. Bed linen is available as an optional extra. The accommodation is equipped with removable mosquito nets for added comfort in summer.
