Located in Agel, Hérault, this Holiday cottage immerses you in the authentic atmosphere of the Minervois-Caroux region. Just a few kilometers away, the medieval town of Minerve invites you to step back in time, while Saint-Chinian and Bize-Minervois seduce you with their markets, wines and rolling landscapes. Hiking, swimming in the river, visiting wineries or strolling through the Brian gorges: there's something for everyone. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, pod coffee maker), a convivial dining room, a living room with connected TV and table soccer, a bathroom with shower and separate WC. Upstairs, three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed 140x190 Bedroom 2: double bed 140x190 Bedroom 3: Bunk beds 90x190 + trundle bed (possibility of two extra Kids, please inform the reservation center) Outside, the enclosed, private garden lets you make the most of fine weather, with barbecue and plancha. The private swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.70 m), secured by an alarm, is open from May 1 to October 1. Private parking (for 2 cars). Pets allowed under certain conditions (see reservation office).
