With its small cottage style and exuberant garden, you'll be won over by the tree-lined grounds and pleasant shaded terrace opening directly onto the living room. The interior delights with its palette of hues, patinas and furnishings, echoing a clever blend of Baroque and Bohemian inspiration. The eclecticism creates a singular, chic atmosphere. The property is unenclosed and without gates, and circulation is possible behind the owners' house so that you can enjoy their saltwater swimming pool (11x6 m). Saïyan, an affectionate border collie, can also visit from time to time.

Access via a few steps from the terrace, then entirely on one level under the mansard roofs: dining room/kitchenette/lounge area with TV, bedroom (160x200 bed), bedroom (2 0.80x200 beds that can be converted to 160), master suite (160x200 bed) with private shower room and WC, shower room with WC (evacuated by micro-station), laundry room shared with the owners, semi-covered terrace, unfenced garden, private parking. Electric heating included, towels and sheets provided, beds made. Unheated saltwater swimming pool shared with owners (private for tenants from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., open from May to early October, depending on temperatures).
