In the heart of the Aure valley, ¼ from the resort of Saint Lary, this 1860 village house once again exudes the small pleasures of childhood: evenings around the fire, gourmet snacks, scary stories between cousins and endless card games. The living room with open-plan kitchen combines modernity and country spirit, revealing the construction know-how of our mountains, combining stone, wood and the skills of our ancestors. The discreet openings typical of these Pyrenean houses diffuse outside light, providing coolness in summer and an atmosphere of refuge for the harsher months. The house stands directly on one of the village's coveted parking squares. At the rear of the house, a private garden (100m²) with steps and shade offers a pleasant space in which to relax. For children, the village school's outdoor play equipment is available free of charge.

Pyrenean village with narrow streets, house located on one of the squares with communal parking just in front of the house. To the right of the house, a footpath leads to the lower part of the village. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area with wood-burning stove, bathroom, separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140*190 bed, 1 x 90*190 bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140*190 bed). Baby kit (Umbrella bed with mattress, high chair, bathtub). Barn with ski storage and heated changing rooms. Communal parking, private outdoor terrace at the rear of the house. Secure barn for storing bikes and motorcycles. Electric heating by remote control and wood heating included. Bed linen and towels provided by the week only.

    Excellent choix

    Gîte très bien situé et très bien équipé, cadre authentique de montagne avec le confort moderne, toutes activités et services à proximité, calme. Manque ub peu de lumière et stationnement parfois à anticiper.

    Lovely address!

    Perfectly comfortable and fully-equipped home in a superb village and environment. The owners are extremely welcoming and cool. There are plenty of nice hiking circuits starting from this very village or from various points nearby. A nice natural plus is that there is a remarkably regular breeze each day between noon and the afternoon, very useful during hot periods during the summer.

    Gîte atypique

    Nous avons passés un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans ce gîte atypique mêlant l’ancien et le moderne.
    Gîte spacieux, calme et reposant, il ne manque rien.
    Propriétaire fort sympathique qui vous donneront toutes les informations nécessaires. Bien situé pour naviguer entre les deux vallées .
    A 20 minutes de Loudenvielle ,où chacun peut vaquer à ces envies comme Balnea a ne pas manquer, le tour du lac , le parapente, padle, pédalo,structure gonflable, canoë ect… et ne pas oublier de ce promener dans ce petit village très sympa et de faire une étape incontournable au café de pays chez Rogé .
    A j’oubliai à Ancizan , vous trouverez sur place supérette et essence (Intermarché )ainsi que des commerces à faire vivre comme le traiteur et le fabricant de gâteau à la broche ,tourte aux Myrtilles qui sont excellentes et a prix imbattable. Pour les amateurs de fromage de chèvre allez faire un petit tour dans le petit village de Gouaux : visite de la chevrerie ,traite ,et bien sûr vente de fromage ,excellent.
    En tous cas nous y reviendrons ,c’est sûr.

    Gite idéalement bien placé

    Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé. L accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Ils sont très faciles à joindre. Emplacement calme idéal pour visiter la merveilleuse vallée d'aure.

    superbe gite au coeur du village frais tres bien equippé renové avec gout tres bien placé sur la route des cols commerces dans le village . villageois tres accuelliants
