It's easy to imagine a little girl running down the slope with her elbows blowing in the wind... The difference is that this barn has another story to tell you, that of its elders, peasant families, transhumance, mountain life... now transformed into a soft, comfortable home for the duration of your stay. You'll be propelled to the heights of the Col du Soulor, a mythical stage of the Tour de France. Enjoy the exclusivity of this natural setting, the immensity of the surrounding peaks of the Val d'Azun. Inside, the barn remains true to its heritage, blending modernity and tradition, offering good amenities and beautifully crafted volumes. At the far end of the barn, nestled into the hillside, the wellbeing area with Spa is designed to satisfy all your desires for relaxation, and is currently being landscaped to promote biodiversity.
First floor: dining room/kitchenette/living room, separate wc/1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with private shower room, Spa area (6 people), laundry room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 x 80cm beds, convertible to 160cm), separate wc, shower room, 1 bedroom (2 x 80cm beds, convertible to 160cm), mezzanine with lounge and table soccer. unenclosed grounds, technical room. Electric heating and wood included. Bed linen and towels provided. Base de loisirs 2 km away in Arrens-Marsous. Conventional 220V socket for recharging electric vehicles.

Famille I C Splendide
Une grange foraine magnifiquement rénovée.
À mi chemin entre le col du Soulor et le village d’Arrens, à flanc de collines, parfaitement exposée, avec une vue splendide et un jardin de type prairie sauvage.
La grange est parfaitement fonctionnelle, équipée et cosy.
Catherine vous accueille avec ses sourires et ses anecdotes et vous met immédiatement à l’aise en vous confiant ses clés.
À Prébendé, on s’est senties comme à la maison, un immense merci pour la confiance et la chaleur de votre accueil.Emplacement idéal pour les randonnées : à moins de 30min un large panel de choix pour tous les niveaux.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve et c’est difficile de partir. Vivement la prochaine fois !!!

We loved this gite. You can do lovely walks from the door or drive a short distance to higher mountains. A little up the hill so catches the sun early and late.
Brisk morning walk down to the boulangerie .... slightly longer back up the hill!!- Cleanliness

PatSab La p'tite maison dans la prairie
Après un très bel accueil de Catherine ,nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce petit cocon très confortable où rien ne manque . C'est un véritable plaisir de s'asseoir sur le banc et d'observer et d'écouter la nature ,les couleurs changeantes de la montagne .... Dépaysement garanti.
