Semi-detached holiday cottage whose upper floor is occasionally occupied by the owners. From the private parking area (2 spaces), the holiday cottage is accessed via a staircase (about 30 steps): Living area with a living room, dining room, and open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave and oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, etc.). One bedroom with a 140×190 bed and a private bathroom with toilet; another bedroom with a 140×190 bed; and a third bedroom with two 90×190 bunk beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outdoors: Direct access to the panoramic terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. A few steps away, another terrace is available with a partially enclosed, tree-lined yard featuring swings and a slide.
The following items are available in a utility room: a private washer and dryer, 2 bicycles, a ski rack, two sleds, and baby gear (Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bathtub, stroller).
