Just 1/4 hour away, you can admire the Cirque de Gavarnie, an exceptional UNESCO World Heritage site. You can also take advantage of the gîte's ideal location to visit the cirques of Troumouse and Estaubé, which are less famous than their neighbors but have nothing to envy. For the less adventurous, a stroll around the Gloriettes dam is just as spectacular. From this village, free shuttles are organized in winter for easy access to the Gavarnie-Gèdre ski resort.
