At an altitude of 1100m, at the first hairpin bends of the Col du Soulor, in the heart of a valley that secretly forms the border between the Atlantic Pyrenees and the Hautes-Pyrénées, enjoy a change of scenery and a panoramic view of the mountain pastures. On its promontory, this 19th-century barn still tells its own story... that of mountain shepherds producing their cheese, living to the rhythm of the seasons and their flocks. Rudimentary when first purchased, it has now been embellished by owners who love tradition and heritage, with a warm interior combining wood and a contemporary touch. A chalet spirit where you can dream of adventure and wide-open spaces by the hearth. In the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, this gîte is ideally located for summer and winter hiking and fishing enthusiasts.
Detached house on 2 levels. First floor: dining room/living room/kitchenette, DVD player, hi-fi system, shower room and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140*190 and 2 beds 90*190) and separate wc. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 4 deckchairs, Electric heating included. Wood extra. Gîte parfait, au calme absolu et propice au repos. Idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée. Situé à l’écart de la civilisation, du bruit, de l’agitation… et du réseau mobile ! Parfait pour déconnecter du quotidien et se ressourcer pleinement.

ibis beautifully situated fully equipped gite
We were very pleased with our stay in the gîte. The owner gave us a detailed tour and pleasantly surprised us with some local delicacies, and his wife even baked a delicious cake for us. The gîte is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. We are very satisfied – the location is beautiful!

Fanny Gite exceptionnel, le meilleur !
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce gîte ! L’endroit est parfait pour se ressourcer, au cœur de la nature, dans un cadre plein de charme. Rien ne manque : machine à laver, cuisine parfaitement équipée avec tout le matériel et les ustensiles nécessaires… Tout est pensé avec soin pour le confort des voyageurs. Les lits sont très confortables et, pour nous, l’absence de WiFi a été un vrai plus, une vraie coupure bienvenue.
L’accueil de Laurent a été incroyable : beaucoup de gentillesse, de disponibilité et d’attention. Cela rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir en hiver pour redécouvrir l’endroit sous une autre atmosphère.
Un gîte parfait en tout point, et très propre que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

annaBct Gite dépaysant
Gite dans une vallée isolée, mais véritable hâvre de paix, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes et destressantes. Le gite est tres bien équipe, il ne manque rien, a part peut être un peu de reseau mobile, mais cela force a la déconnexion. Merci à Laurent pour son accueil chaleureux.
