In the heart of the Vallée d'Aure, "Le Tistailh", a late 18th-century property, continues to tell its family story. A handful of objects found, sometimes in an attic, sometimes on a Hiking trail, give it a special soul, bringing to life the nobility of the materials, their natural twists and turns, and their rough edges. The warmth of the wood and the elegance of the stone harmoniously capture the diffused light of the lighting fixtures, creating a unique and original decor. Outside, with a view of the Arbizon, the art of living can also be found in the garden, where small pathways on terraces or in the shade of century-old trees invite everyone to find their own corner of happiness. At the rear of the property, a generous plot of land can be used for more active moments of family play. A neat and original decor will enchant your stay.
2 delicately open-plan bedrooms (2 double beds), private shower room with WC for one and private bathroom for the other. Spacious dining room/living room/kitchenette, separate toilet, laundry room, mezzanine lounge with stereo. Flat-screen TV with TNT, LL, LV, Godin wood-burning stove. 2 covered terraces (one overlooking the courtyard with lovely mountain views), 1 inner courtyard and a raised courtyard/relaxation area, vast playful meadow behind the gîte, enclosed grounds with trees on 2 nvx of 1200m², private parking, garden furniture, electric barbecue, deckchairs. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Electric and wood heating.

Un gîte parfait dans les Pyrénées françaises ! La région est idéale pour faire de superbes randonnées. "Lou Tistailh" est une très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d’attention aux détails. Le jardin est magnifique, et les propriétaires, Martine et Bernard, sont très chaleureux et serviables. La maison est très bien équipée, et le village à proximité est plein de charme. Seul petit bémol : la connexion internet est un peu lente. Mais à part cela, tout était absolument parfait ! Petit conseil : pensez à apporter vos chaussons pour la maison.

A perfect holiday cottage in the French Pyrenees! The area is ideal for stunning hikes. "Lou Tistailh" is a beautiful house, decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The garden is wonderful, and the owners, Martine and Bernard, are very friendly and helpful. The house is very well equipped, and the nearby village is full of charm. The only small downside is the slow internet connection. But aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect! A small tip: don’t forget to bring your house slippers.

Bonjour LISA et VI,Nous sommes très touchés par votre avis gratifiant qui récompense nos efforts à rendre le plus agréable possible le séjour de nos hotes. Thierry Séjour reposant dans un cadre authentique
Ce gite est une véritable invitation à la détente. La décoration entièrement réalisée par les propriétaires est soignée et originale, fait la part belle au bois, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique.
Les propriétaires, d'une gentillesse et d'une grande bienveillance sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.
Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer dans cette très belle région.

Ludo Sandrine Gîte idéal
Excellent séjour dans cette location. Maison idéalement agencée, décorée et bien équipée, sans vis-à-vis. Pour garder ce charme il serait dommageable d'aménager en deuxième gîte le second bâtiment inhabité. De grands espaces extérieurs avec vue sur les montagnes : repos garanti. En bonus, un accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires.
