Detached house on two levels. Ground floor: open-concept living area with dining room, living room, and open kitchen. One bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and its own bathroom. Separate toilet and laundry room. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Outside, enclosed yard, terrace with patio furniture and barbecue. Lockable shed for bicycles and a motorcycle. Easy street parking (no vehicles on the property).
Electric heating included. Bed linen and towels provided, and beds made on arrival. Public charging stations 2 km away (Pierrefitte Nestalas and Argeles Gazost)
