At an altitude of over 1100 m, in one of the most unspoilt valleys in France, on the famous route of the Tour de France's mythical cols (Col du Soulor), this little nugget is a comfortable gîte. An exceptional environment awaits you... moments of contemplation as you gaze at the chain of mountains, peaks, crests and passes before you: Larue, the Ossau valley, Mondragon, the Soum de Grum peak, Aubisque, Gabizos... just to name a few!Inside, the owner has given this family heirloom a new lease on life, bringing modernity, functionality and modern-day comfort with an ecological dimension: natural wood-fiber insulation, limewash paint, exposed stone and recycled furniture.
Wooden house on 2 levels: ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160*200, 2 beds 80*200 which can be converted into 160*200), fitted kitchen and dining area, wood-burning stove, separate toilet, shower room with Italian shower (hydrojets), washing machine and tumble dryer. Le gîte est parfaitement rénové avec tout le confort. On est quelque kms avant le somment col du soulor, dépaysement garanti, au calme dans une écrin de verdure, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes.

Bien accueilli et séjour agréable.

Un séjour de rêve, ou la nature vie a son rythme avec les animaux qui sont chez eux c'est leur domaine ne l'oublions pas. Ce serait dommage!.

GDum Super séjour
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le gîte les volets rouges. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sublime depuis le chalet, sa localisation permettant de faire de belles randonnées ainsi que l’accueil très chaleureux et agréable de nos hôtes qui sont particulièrement charmants.

Gîte très bien restauré ,très confortable dans un environnement calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Beaucoup d'activités à faire et de belles randonnées quand la météo le permet. Très bon accueil du propriétaire et de sa famille, avec la possibilité de voir la traite des vaches en estive.
