This detached house with enclosed grounds is ideally situated for a wide range of outdoor activities in all seasons: mountain biking, Fishing, Hiking, Skiing (12 km from the Peyragudes and Val Louron ski resorts) and Wellbeing (4 km from Loudenvielle and its thermo-ludic center). Inside, there's nothing lacking! A little lesson in happiness in the Louron valley!

Detached house on 2 levels. First floor: dining room/kitchenette/living room with closed hearth fireplace and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140*190 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140*190 bed and direct access to balcony and 1 bedroom with 2 90*190 beds, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. Enclosed grounds, garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath). Electric heating (underfloor heating on first floor) and wood (rates on request directly from owner). Utilities extra. Possibility of parking in front of the gite or public parking lot 20m away.
