Tucked away in a secluded spot, this detached home is an exceptional retreat listed by the League for the Protection of Birds, with surprises in store for the kids: *La Cabanarêves*, a play cabin in the holiday cottage’s attic, and *La Cabanaffût*, an animal-watching cabin in the holiday cottage’s meadow. The owner lives nearby, and there is a studio for 2 people that can be combined with the holiday cottage to accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor: dining room/kitchen area with an open fireplace, living room, pantry, and 1 separate toilet. On the first floor: a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds that can be converted into one 180 cm bed and one 90x190 cm bed, with a private bathroom, one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds that can be converted into one 180 cm bed and one 90x190 cm bed, with a private bathroom and separate toilet. On a spacious landing, a library area and lounge, and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: landing with Cabanarêves, 2 bedrooms each with 2 90x190 cm beds that can be converted into 1 180 cm bed, bathroom with toilet. Baby kit. Outdoor furniture, barbecue, wooded grounds. Gas heating included, firewood provided. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. To enhance your relaxation, the eco-friendly hot tub (6 people) heated by a submerged wood-burning stove and hydromassage system (additional charge), available upon request from the owner.
