Apartment with level access (no steps) from the parking lot (ground floor). It is located on the 1st floor of a residence with a double terrace to the south and west. The apartment includes a living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 0.90x1.90), a bathroom with shower and vanity unit, a separate toilet and all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay: ski room, private bike room, Gas heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi. Beds made on arrival, charges included. Private parking space 09. Garden furniture. At the bottom of the residence, access on foot to the Skyvall gondola which links Loudenvielle to Peyragudes for downhill skiing in winter, and mountain biking the rest of the year to hurtle down the approved slopes (since various championships) to Loudenvielle. Bikes available for hire on site. 5-minute walk to shops (groceries, newspapers, pharmacy), Cinema, Balnéa spa and Lake Génos.
