Le Viscos

Located along the route to tourist attractions and ski resorts, and just 10 minutes from the spa town of Argelès-Gazost, Le Viscos is one of those unique little hideaways that the owners have designed in their own image to ensure that stays are unique and carefree, and that the memories of your visit remain unforgettable. Designed as a warm and spacious retreat, every corner holds a surprise; through the owner’s acrylic artworks, you’ll discover a vision that is both contemporary and infused with the shimmering colors of traditional Pyrenean Countryside. A private garden, shielded from prying eyes, invites you to relax and unwind under the watchful gaze of the surrounding peaks. For more active outings, beyond the many hiking trails to explore, there’s direct access to the Pibeste hiking trails—ideal for spotting griffon vultures—and to the greenway connecting Lourdes to Cauterets.

Single-story apartment, featuring: a kitchen with a small TV and a pantry, a living room/bedroom with two fold-out beds, each 140 (with high-end organic mattresses), and a large TV; a bathroom equipped with a double sink, a walk-in shower with a mixer faucet, and a toilet. A baby bed and a high chair can be provided for our younger guests. All linen is supplied, including bed linen and towels. Heating is provided by a reversible air conditioning system. Mosquito screens on all windows keep flying pests out!
Outdoors: facing the living room is a 60 m² furnished terrace with patio furniture and a swing chair sheltered by an arbor; a “kitchen area” is set up there, featuring a stainless-steel sink, a traditional charcoal grill, and a Weber gas grill with a built-in oven. A secure, locked storage room for bicycles and skis; a motorcycle can be parked in the courtyard, out of sight. At the front, a fenced-in courtyard (204 m²) offering secure parking, a bocce court, and a flower-filled terrace area.
