First floor: kitchen, sitting area, dining room, wood-burning stove, separate toilet, shower room with access to laundry room with washing machine and second separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190), bath, vanity unit and third toilet, 2nd bedroom with balcony and sitting area, double bed (140x190). 2nd floor: attic space with 2 beds 90*190 on one side, TV lounge with sofa and armchair on the other. Electric heating included. Enclosed garden and grounds. Parking in front of the house.
