On a hillside above the village of Arcizans-dessus in the heart of the Val d'Azun, "Le petit Moulin" reveals itself at the turn of a slope. Beneath its fairy-tale exterior, this gîte boasts a traditional façade and a cosy interior, elegantly blending modernity with the warmth of wood and modern amenities. Independent from the rest of the house, its country-style exteriors are vast, with a pleasantly oriented terrace offering a beautiful view of the surrounding peaks.
Detached house. On 2 levels: Ground floor: living room/kitchenette, fireplace, shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 2-bed 160cm). Barbecue, garden furniture, furnished terrace not overlooked, electric heating included and firewood supplied. Baby kit available on request. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Utilities included. The gîte is close to a campsite.

CL Séjour au Val d'Azun
Très agréable séjour. Le gîte est parfaitement situé pour découvrir le Val d'Azun. La terrasse, orientée au sud, permet de profiter d'une vue dégagée sur la prairie et les montagnes alentours.

Superbe séjour, le gîte est parfait pour deux personnes. Vraiment confortable, de belles balades possibles dans les environs. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et donne de belles recommendations de choses à faire et visiter.

Jean-Michel and Marlene were perfect hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend their cozy Gite to anyone.
The Gite emenities were excellent, the kitchen was modern and well equipped with appliances, cookware and dishes. Everything was in great working order although we did not personally utilize the dishwasher. I especially enjoyed the espresso machine.
The bathroom was up to date, with a great shower including both a handheld and rainfall shower head and excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable so cozy. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet sleep throughout our stay.
Cozy fireplace in the dining room/sitting room. Plenty of electric outlets.
The brook running behind the Gite created the perfect division and sound break between the campsite and the Gite property. You don’t even realize the campsite is behind you.
The outdoor patio space was well equipped with a stone wood fired barbecue and a bistro set, we enjoyed preparing and eating evening meals here with the incredible valley and mountain views, it’s absolutely breathtaking.
The Gite is well located a short drive from many incredible places to visit.
Our hosts left a beautiful welcome gift of delicious local juracas wine and preserves which we truly enjoyed.

M'py Le petit moulin
Une très jolie adresse pour les amoureux des Pyrénées. Tout confort bien équipé et très bien situé dans la vallée, on pense déjà y revenir. La vue est très belle. On a tout apprécié, merci au propriétaire pour son accueil.

Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique,a l'écoute et discret
Le gîte est super bien équipé avec un couchage inégalable....petit bémol pour le canapé : fessiers délicat s'abstenir !!!
Sérénité au rdv avec ce petit ruisseau qui longe l'habitat,

Séjour très reposant et agréable. Le petit moulin est un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure.
Bien situé avec commodités pas très loin.
De beaux lacs à découvrir aux alentours.
