Located in the heart of Vieux Bourg, just a few steps from Les Halles, this 1st floor loft with duplex is housed in a former weaving workshop, whose unique character it has preserved. First floor (with 2 additional staircases): kitchen with staircase access to bedroom (90x200 trundle bed), dining/living room, bedroom (180x200 bed), shower room and wc, entrance hall with staircase access to mezzanine bed with sitting area and TV, door threshold with beam to step over (0.40cm) to enter mezzanine bed (160x200 bed), independent attic wc (1m88 high). Gas heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. Free communal parking in the lane or within 100m.
