Private terrace, shared outdoor spaces with the owner and another Holiday cottage, shared motorcycle shed and workshop, private parking, unfenced grounds. Property at the entrance to a neighborhood, divided on both sides by an easement. Utilities included, reversible air-conditioning, beds made, Bed linen and towels provided.
