Below the village of Gèdre, at an altitude of 900m, a stopover before the Cirque de Gavarnie, in the heart of the hamlet of Pragnères, this villa offers all the advantages of a family home, with generous volumes and light. With family or friends, the tribe can spread out and indulge in their favourite pastimes: games, reading, a good film or a nap on the veranda. The watchword is idleness: enjoy! Outside, we're back at it again! The enclosed garden is spacious, with a terrace facing the surrounding peaks. In winter, a free shuttle bus runs twice a day (times to be checked) to the ski resort, just 50m away. The large garage can accommodate 2 vehicles.

WING 1: Ground floor: dining room/kitchenette/lounge area, separate toilet, storeroom. 1st floor: bedroom (140cm bed), bedroom (140cm bed), bedroom (2 90cm beds), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. WING 2: Ground floor: bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to 180cm), shower room, living room with fireplace and library. 1st floor: mezzanine with desk and computer, bedroom (140cm bed, 2 90cm beds). 5/5La maison est spacieuse, super bien équipée, au calme. Le propriétaire est très agréable, disponible. Nous sommes partis à 2 couples avec 4 enfants: chacun avait son espace. Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour Rando entre amis

Grande maison bien située
