A surprise awaits you at the rear of the house. A parking space is accessible via the narrow lane, and for those more sensitive to Mountain driving, communal parking lots are nearby (approx. 200m).

A few steps lead up from the alleyway, then a staircase leads down to the living room with fireplace and kitchen. The same staircase leads up to an open-plan mezzanine with a Bed 90x190 (velux window with blackout curtains). From the kitchen, the staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with washbasin, highchair and Umbrella bed on the 1st floor, and a bedroom (1 bed 120x190), bathroom with whirlpool bath and toilet on level - 1 (alleyway level).
