Le Gîte de Lurp

Just 7 minutes from Argeles-Gazost, this village overlooks the valley and offers guests an incredible view that changes with the seasons. The Gîte de Lurp, named after the nearby chapel, is no exception. The interior has been carefully and uniquely redesigned, and features a cathedral-shaped living room that lets in the brightest light, and a mezzanine where you can relax and enjoy the view over the valley. Moving from the outside to the inside, you discover the atypical and mischievous personality of this Bigourdane house, where the owners have taken advantage of all its particularities to offer family comfort. The tiered, flower-filled garden features a terrace with pergola, and a grassy area where deckchairs can be used to relax. At the front of the house, a gravelled courtyard is ideal for children's games. Your host Corine, chef at home, will concoct gourmet meals for you, so don't hesitate to ask for her cooking skills (on reservation).

Access from the courtyard into the hall (laundry room, separate toilet), down into the cathedral-style living room with semi-professional kitchenette, access to the mezzanine lounge. First floor (Hall level): bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with open shower room, living room (PS4 console). 1st floor: bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bedroom (2 beds 90x200 + 1 bed 90x190), cross-over shower room, separate wc. 2nd floor (access via 60cm-wide stairs): 2 attic bedrooms (2 beds 90x190 + 1 bed 180x200), all single beds can be converted into double beds. Private parking on gravelled courtyard in front of the house, unenclosed tiered garden with terrace, covered and secure bicycle and ski shed. Electric and heat pump underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby kit available on request. Spa included from end of May to end of September, outside this period (€40/day or €200/full week).
