Just a stone's throw from the Marian city of Lourdes, at the entrance to the Pyrenean valleys, this former barn has been completely refurbished to create an atypical multi-storey accommodation that will be a haven of peace for your vacations, whatever the season. Inside, you'll immediately feel the soul of the place and the warm atmosphere created by the exposed timber frame, a common thread running through every room. The gîte offers 2 lounges, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 cosy bedrooms and a shower room with quality materials. Plus: beds made on arrival, wifi, reversible air conditioning, summer kitchen, small terrace with arbour and shaded area on a small enclosed plot. 1st floor: dining room/kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds, 1 x 140cm bed), living room opening onto balcony, shower room + WC. First floor: storeroom, separate WC, baby kit (cot, highchair, baby bath and safety gate at staircase), town gas central heating, small enclosed garden. Heating included and electricity extra according to meter reading. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made. Gite with reversible air-conditioning.
