First floor: Dining room with sitting area and fireplace, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, 1 separate toilet in a storeroom with washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90*200 twin beds, each with direct access to the balcony, shower room with toilet. 2 outdoor areas with garden furniture available: the covered terrace on the 1st floor accessible via an outside staircase and the balcony, and the courtyard with barbecue. Covered shed for 1 car, all in an enclosed courtyard. Electric heating extra. Wood (basket of 16 logs) optional (1st flambé free). Baby chair and cot available on request. Sheets provided, beds made.
