The ground floor features a spacious living room divided into 3 areas, with a convivial island in the center. At the far end of the room, 2 opposing staircases give access to two cozy attic bedrooms with exposed beams and framework. Peace and quiet are the watchwords of this vacation rental! Outside, there are plenty of places to relax, either in front of the house or by the Piscine!

House fitted on 2 levels. First floor: living room, sitting area with wood-burning stove, dining area with fitted kitchen with island, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 shower room with shower cubicle, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160*200 bed and the other with 2 x 90*190 beds. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Wifi access. Electric heating extra (meter readings from early October to late April). Parking with covered shed. Private outdoor courtyard in front of Holiday cottage. Private 12*6 covered Piscine (with telescopic cover) usable from June to September. Enclosed garden. Owner nearby. Independent entrance (not overlooked).
