Arras-en-Lavedan is the first village out of Argelès-Gazost (Val d'Azun 12km from Lourdes) on the ascent to the Col d'Aubisque. It is about 30km from the Cauterets ski resort and the Pont d'Espagne. This exceptional location, at the crossroads of a plethora of activities blending nature with everyone's interests, makes Arras en Lavedan a prime spot for a well-rounded vacation. The gîte, known as La Loutre, is a modern house in which comfort and harmony dance to the rhythm of the crackling flames in the fireplace. All the elements for a convivial stay are here, so that you can enjoy our beautiful region in all seasons.
Detached house on 2 levels. First floor: dining room/kitchenette/living room, fireplace with insert, 1 laundry room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 and 1 shower room with wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90*190 beds, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Baby kit available. Enclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and swing. Private parking. Electric heating extra charge. Wi-fi.

Gaël Un lieu apaisant
Un gîte tout simple mais très bien entretenu et bien au dessus de beaucoup d’autres pour le même prix , très bien entretenu , un jardin top , un accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires très gentils. Certains pourront peut être ne pas aimer le bruit de la rivière au bout du jardin mais moi j'aime beaucoup

Jack Super Séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour au gîte la loutre.Nous avons été super bien accueillis par la propriétaire avec une tres gentille attention a notre arrivée (un pasti maison).
Le gîte est bien aménagé, on y trouve tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour s'y sentir comme a la maison. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés.- Cleanliness

Nous venons régulièrement dans ce gîte ; nous y sommes chaleureusement accueilli à chaque fois par nos hôtes.
Le gîte est idéalement placé,au calme mais pas isolé ; et notre chien adore le grand jardin

Super séjour dans ce gîte très confortable, il y a tout pour passer de bons moments dans le jardin au bord de la rivière ou devant la cheminée. On a tous passés un agréable séjour, un dépaysement au fond de cette vallée ou de multiples activités sont à portées du gîte. Notre hôte est disponible et son accueil tout aussi agréable.

Laure Vacance de Noël
Excellent séjour de Noël dans ce gîte chaleureux, confortable et très bien situé. Nous étions six avec un grand chien, aucun souci grâce au jardin bien clos. De belles randonnées à proximité, notamment le lac d’Estaing, et le charmant village d’Arras-en-Lavedan au départ du gîte. Je recommande vivement.
