La Grange Ausar

Your hosts, Jeremy and Marion, walked through its door with respect, imagining what it could become without ever betraying its soul. Every beam has been preserved, to give it a second life while respecting its history and uniqueness. Today, the barn reveals a magnificent cathedral living room where wood reigns supreme and the pellet stove diffuses a soft, enveloping warmth, creating a cosy atmosphere, ideal after a day exploring trails or snow-capped peaks. It's a place to live, gather, make memories and enjoy the precious simplicity of the mountains.

Nestled in the heart of the village, on the outskirts of another house, don't look for a garden - the sheltered 20m² terrace will provide you with peace and quiet. Access from the lane, first floor: entrance hall, bedroom (2 x 140x190 bunk beds, carpeted floor), bedroom (carpeted floor, 90x190 trundle bed, 3 x 90x190 bunk beds (2 single beds only)), bathroom, separate toilet, storeroom and laundry room. 1st floor: attic bedroom with private shower room (160x200 bed), separate wc, cathedral living room with access via a meunière ladder to a mezzanine (relaxation and gaming area), lounge/dining room/kitchenette, pellet stove, TV with some streaming channels, connected speaker, bay window opening onto a sheltered 17 m² terrace. Electric heating and pellet stock included. Public parking lot 200m away, possibility of unloading in the narrow alleyway.
