At the gateway to the Louron and Aure valleys, detached gîte with private, fenced-in grounds in a typical village 12 km from St Lary. Its orientation gives it plenty of sunshine and a panoramic view of the village from the terrace. Situated at the start of numerous hiking trails, you'll also appreciate the possibilities of discovering the mythical cols of the Tour de France, the Saint Lary ski resort and the proximity of Spain.
Gite located on the 1st floor (access by outside staircase) of a detached house, comprising: kitchen/dining room, living room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160*200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140*190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90*190 beds, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 attic relaxation area. First floor: garage for cars, skis, bikes etc., shower room and separate toilet, laundry room. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue + forest table. For babies: cot, booster seat. Electric heating extra. WIFI ACCESS.

C'est notre onzième année que nous restons dans ce gite. Très bien placer pour visiter les vallées et la région et a 2 minutes a pied du village. Des propriétaires très gentils et une maison parfaite pour un séjour en montagne avec une terrasse pour profiter du beau temps et manger dehors.

Nous recommandons ce gîte +++. Propre, fonctionnel, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, une bonne literie, un emplacement au top, à la fois au calme et très près du centre de ce beau village d'Arreau très animé où les commerçants sont particulièrement sympathiques. Nos enfants comme nos deux chiens ont pu profiter du beau jardin parfaitement clôturé. Un grand merci à M. Et Mme Piccinini pour cette magnifique semaine.

Nat Très bien
Gite très propre et bien équipé. Une literie au top.
L accès a pied au centre d Arreau est un véritable plus
