Just 1.5 km from Saint-Lary-Soulan, the village of Vielle-Aure has preserved all its Pyrenean soul: narrow, winding streets, stone walls, friendly local shops and a lively square where life is good. It's in this unspoilt setting, in the heart of the historic village, that an old family farm has been lovingly restored. Behind a carriage entrance and wicket gate, an enclosed, tree-lined courtyard opens up, isolated from noise and bathed in light. Facing due south, it offers breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding peaks, inviting you to relax and contemplate. The owners, discreet and attentive, live on the other side of the house, guaranteeing both privacy and availability. This cosy cocoon is the ideal base from which to explore the riches of the Pyrenees, summer and winter alike: Hiking on the GR10, discovering the lakes and the National Park, escapades in Spain 18 km away, or mountain sports (Ski, paragliding, mountain biking, speed-riding...). Nearby, the Agos activity and leisure park (1 km) and the valley's Romanesque churches promise moments of discovery, while the balneotherapy centers of Saint-Lary and Loudenvielle offer a wellbeing interlude. Independent entrance from shared courtyard, adjoining the owner's residence, on second floor: living room/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), access to mezzanine via straight miller's staircase with ramp and 140cm bed (not included in capacity), shower room + WC. Balcony, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue on request, parking for 1 car, baby equipment (Umbrella bed + chair). Central heating and air conditioning (summer). Utilities included.
