First floor: living room/kitchenette (one child can sleep in the sofa bed), TV, separate toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (bed 160*200) opening onto living room, shower room with wc. Private terrace and parking, bicycle workshop. Electric heating included, bed linen provided (only for one week's rental or more). The adjoining owner will be happy to advise you on all your outings.
