Just 3 minutes from the center of the village and 10 minutes from the resort of Saint Lary, the Gîte des 3 Vallées is at the heart of a residence combining apartments and semi-detached houses integrated into the landscape. The property shares the use of numerous activities (subject to co-ownership regulations) such as a mini leisure center: a swimming pool (8x14m) with heated indoor and outdoor sections, sauna (fee payable), outdoor games for children... The gîte is set on a promontory with unobstructed views and plenty of natural light. Its terrace is the perfect place for quiet outdoor meals, lulled by the gentle flow of the Neste d'Aure river below. The interior is organized around a welcoming living room and a first floor devoted to bedrooms.

The gîte is located in the center of a suite of semi-detached dwellings with unobstructed views and unenclosed grassy grounds facing the private terrace. First floor: living room/kitchenette, highchair, bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190, cot) (2 beds 90x190 with triangular mini-window). Shared laundry room 50m away with washing machine and dryer (one token provided by owner/week). Free parking in residence, access to swimming pool and sauna (these leisure facilities have regulated opening times and conditions, open from late June to early September).electric heating included.

    Todo ok y según las fotos

    El apartamento está en una zona tranquila a las afueras de Arreau un pueblo precioso y típico a 15 min de Saint-Lary y de Loudenvielle y a 40min de la estación de Piau-Engaly.
    El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y perfectamente equipado. Nosotros sólo fuimos dos personas pero podríamos estar hasta 4 de manera muy cómoda.
    Cerca de un supermercado y de las tiendas del pueblo. No os perdáis el mercado de los miércoles en pleno centro de Arreau, perfecto para comprar productos caseros del Valle de Aure y Louron.

    Estancia en Arreau

    El apartamento esta muy bien equipado, en un buen lugar tanto para esquiar como para hacer montaña u otras actividades.
    Lo encontramos limpio, con la calefacción en marcha y con todo tipo de equipamientos para pasar una estancia comoda y agradable, las camas son comfortables y el salon-comedor-cocina acogedor, no usamos la zona exterior por ser invierno, aunque tiene muy buen aspecto.
    A comentar, que llegamos de noche y no encontramos facilmente la entrada a la urbanización y la ubicación exacta del apartamento, esta poco indicado, se deberia explicar en las indicaciones que es un complejo de apartamentos y la letra del edificio al que hay que ir.
    Por el resto, todo estupendo.

    Avis séjour 3 vallées

    Le cadre du gîte est agréable et proche des commodités. Emplacement très intéressant pour des départs en randonnée.
    Néanmoins, contrairement à l'annonce il n'y a pas d'internet car pas de box/ pas de wifi.
    Un aspirateur serait très appréciable, la machine à laver et sèche linge fonctionnent avec des jetons payant (ajout de votre lessive) et délocalisés du gîte ce qui est un réel inconvénient.

    Nous regrettons que certains éléments de ce fonctionnement n'ait pas répondu à vos souhaits, nous en informons le propriétaire pour qu 'il puisse effectuer les améliorations nécessaires.
