A holiday cottage located on a cul-de-sac with a right of way, adjoining other homes on both sides, spread over two levels. On the ground floor: dining room/kitchen area, living room with a pellet stove, bathroom, and separate toilet.
On the first level: bedroom (1 bed 90x190), bedroom (1 bed 140x190), bathroom (sink + toilet).
On the second level: bedroom (1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190), bathroom with toilet. Small, unfenced yard in front of the holiday cottage with space for outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a shed, and a garage for 2 vehicles. Wi-Fi. Electric heating included. Wood pellets for the stove available at an additional cost if desired.
