About a 20-minute walk from the village center and the gondola, “Balnéo Le Patou” is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking the village, inviting you to enjoy an authentic Pyrenean getaway. From the terrace and private garden, admire the unobstructed view of the Mountains and let yourself be charmed by the surrounding tranquility. Inside, the mountain spirit is reflected in the decor, which blends the natural beauty of linen, the warmth of wood, and delicate touches of red. The heart of the house is undoubtedly the fireplace area: a large, custom-built wooden corner bench hugs the corner of the open fireplace and invites you to share precious moments of togetherness, whether with a book in hand or over a drink after a day in the great outdoors. To round out this cozy atmosphere, the holiday cottage also features a private Spa and Sauna—truly places of wellbeing after hikes or days on the slopes.

Access via the upstairs parking lot. The first floor is at garden level at the back of the house, with access from the living room’s floor-to-ceiling window to the terrace. Dining room/living area/kitchenette, with an open fireplace, separate toilet, and a bedroom with a private shower room (140x190 bed). On the second floor: bedroom (two beds 90x190), bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom, separate toilet. On the ground floor, utility room for laundry and ski storage. In the annex, accessed from outside: Wellbeing area with a Spa and Sauna; the living space is attached to the carport. Outside: enclosed garden with a terrace; private parking under a carport (2 vehicles) or in the courtyard with designated spots. Electric heating and underfloor heating included; firewood available for a fee (by the box). The holiday cottage is located on a cul-de-sac at the end of a hamlet consisting of two other houses. A shuttle stop for the gondola lifts is 150 meters away.
